FOUR EASY STEPS  TO FOLLOW...

We are presently offering fundraisers for Graduation Announcement Signature Boards and frame packages. You will receive a beautiful keepsake while helping the students. When you purchase these products as a  fundraiser you will be receiving special prices not found in retail. There are four easy steps to follow when ordering a fundraiser product.

1.      You must fill out the tear off Booking Form (found in flier) and submit it with Booking Payment to the fund-
         raising organization. This payment is a non refundable deposit that goes toward the payment of  your customized
            ordered product.

2.     Fill out our  Customizing Information Fundraiser Form. This will inform us that you are booking a product
        through a fundraiser and gives us information necessary to set up your order account. If you are ordering a different style
        than a graduation board please note that in the comment section found on this form. After booking,  we will
        send you a thank you with detailed instructions on how to submit all your personalized information. (see step 3)

3.       After you booked your order ( steps 1 & 2)... You must fill out the Graduation Fundraising Board Form. Due to hands
        on customizing...it is important we receive this information as soon as possible but no less than 3 weeks
        prior to graduation party!

4.     The last  step, is to finalize your order.  This is when you are happy  with a final proof  sent upon completion of board. It is
       at that time you must approve the final proof and pay the balance in full.Once these last two steps are completed, the
       order is finalized and your Graduation Signature Board is on the way!.  Please follow the steps below...

• To approve your proof please go to Proof Approval Form
  

• To pay balance please go to finalize your signature board found below. This step is done right here on this website page (scroll to bottom of page) with a valid credit card payment. Finalization must occur at least 2 weeks prior to the graduation party to assure prompt delivery.

REMEMBER steps 1 & 2 must be done on or before the fundraiser deadline sale date!
